Secondary adrenal insufficiency

I had a pituitary tumor partially removed. Doctor decided to indefinitely treat the remaining portion with Lanreotide. I have had and continue to significant symptoms since identifying the tumor Feb27 2025 through its partial removal on May 7th until now. Symptoms include significant fatigue, muscle weakness, dizziness, sensitivity to sound, anxiety/panic, periodic lip numbing, teeth grinding, sleep issues, gastrointestinal issues/bloating. Symptoms seem to be getting worse. I have a stimulation test scheduled for Oct 6th. Anyone else had similar issues or results with pituitary tumor/lanriotid. Similar symptoms? Did it resolve after getting stim test and treatment? Thanks
