second opinion

In 2022 I had a left knee replacement(TKR) due to arthritis which then got infected.
I am now on my 9th surgery which is the first of yet another 2 stage revision.
I've changed providers/doctors after my 5th surgery but still dealing with infection.
Facing the realization of a possible arthrodesis or amputation.
What is the best way to get second opinion/info from Mayo?
I am in Wisconsin so the nearest Mayo clinic is in Minnesota
