Scar tissue /. Swelling / hip butt issues

3 months post TKR. Have good flex but knee still get warm and has fluid pockets after serious use.

IT band tight lower back and buttock pain restricting increased walking etc.

Where does scar tissue develop only around the scar?

Surgeon at last appointment didn’t offer much about leg issues just said the knee takes time.

Help from any source please.
