Clinical Summary
I underwent surgery performed successfully by Prof. Dr. Bahtiyar Demiralp for a mass located in my left shoulder.

Pathological Diagnosis: Malignant mesenchymal tumor.
Comment: Findings are consistent with an adult-type fibrosarcoma.
Histological Grade: Grade II (moderately differentiated).
Tumor Size: The largest measured 1.7 × 1 cm; two nodules identified.
Tumor Location: Back, soft tissue.
Mitosis: Rare.
Necrosis: Not observed.
Nuclear Atypia: Moderate.
Pleomorphism: Prominent.
Vascular Invasion: Not identified (lymphatic or venous).
Perineural Invasion: Present.
Intratumoral Lymphocytic Infiltration: Not observed.
Tumor Margins: Infiltrative.
Capsule: Absent; tumor invades surrounding tissue.
Surgical Margins: Negative.
Distance to Closest Surgical Margin: 15 mm.
Pathological Staging: T1.

Currently, I am under close follow-up with no evidence of recurrence at this time.
