RSD but need carpal tunnel surgery

I've had RSD since 2002 it's full body having started in my foot originally. Now I've learned I have to have surgery in both hands for carpal tunnel and in my elbow. I am scared that
The RSD could spread further into things such as soft organs? Is this true... Have other people experience this or can my RSD get worse I already
