Reverse total shoulder complication

Has anyone been diagnosed with conjoint tendinitis of the shoulder post reverse total shoulder? Anyone had the surgery to release those tendons. I understand from surgeon it is being done and still in experimental stage. Finally got some relief from an injection which original surgeon and second surgeon would not do, but got to see surgeon who does shoulders only and he gave injection but said rare that he offers it
