Replaced knee was doing fine until complicated by sciatica

TkR healing was going very well until sciatica on that side. I now have nerve pain in thigh and ankle. The pain is pins and needles and almost like an electric shock. HELP. TKR was on August 3rd and I have excellent range of motion
