Regenerative medical therapies?
I have been contacted by a clinic that offers regenerative medical therapy. Because of the multiple contacts I have received this seems like a high pressure outfit and I am obviously skeptical. However, in looking at the Mayo Clinic site, I see that there is currently some research being done. Has anyone had experience with regenerative medical therapy or have knowledge of what research is currently underway at the Mayo Clinic?

If you specifically mean regenerative therapy for neuropathy, I think there is some research going on but I haven't seen any treatment being offered for patients. Here's a couple of research articles I've seen.
-- Study finds stem cell therapy is safe and may benefit people with spinal cord injuries:

High pressure sales is a red flag warning to me. If it's a smaller clinic and not a major hospital I would also be worried about clean rooms for the processes involved but then I'm a born skeptic and have no medical expertise.
There are also several discussions here on Connect about stem cell therapy. Here's a search of Connect that lists the different discussions - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/

2 ReactionsI am desperate for relief from gluteal tendinopathy pain. I found a rehab doctor online who does regenerative medicine. In my case I was interested in platelet rich plasma injections which are not covered by insurance but Mayo and other prominent clinics say they are "promising" for this condition. I saw this guy at a seedy clinic off an alley in a shabby area. He wanted $3000 per injection. I passed on them. I have now been referred by my physical therapist to a legitimate sports medicine clinic where they do the injections for $1050. I have an appointment to discuss this. I may not have them but I feel much better about the provider.
