Reclast after spinal fusion

I’m new to support groups online, and found it refreshing to find this forum this am. I have osteoporosis at age 60 ( osteopenia on dexa, with normal labs ordered by endo). However I now have 6 compression fractures and had an unstable burst fracture of L2, so clinical osteoporosis. I’m a year out from a long spinal fusion ( T11-L 4). Unfortunately, it has taken quite a bit of time to have work up and I am awaiting PA for Reclast. What a journey this has been. Curious to hear about others who have had Reclast or share experiences with people who have had long spinal fusions with osteoporosis. Thank you 😊
