Recent, occasional night time urinary incontinence.

In the past several months I have had an occasional shock waking up wet. I don't understand why or what could be the cause. I will contact my Urologist shortly. I'm wonder if it's something I'm doing different.
I had Gleason 9 and RP in 2013 @53 yo. Last year I had PSA suddenly read .2 then .3 few weeks later. Had the Versa(?) radiation bed for 30 some treatments. I have felt a couple drops get out the gate once in a while. But never anything like this.
I used to cycle 15 to 40 miles a week on upright stationary bike, recently become more active riding 50-70 miles presently. Helped my blood glucose so well I stopped taking my type 2 medicine (on my own). I'm wondering if my blood sugar is spiking at night time, causing increased urination, but wouldn't explain why I don't feel it. I just started my type 2 meds back today. I also wonder if the few hours of increased cycling activity on an upright bike might be making me a little numb in the lower pelvic area. I will contact my Urologist but may wear depends 🙁 a few days while the type 2 med starts kicking in again. Anyone else have any experience? Thanks!

I have night leaking too and it is a new event I had RP 9 months ago and I did not have any issue until recently at night. I might need a pad at night. Good luck I am interested to hear what you learn

I had RALP 8/23/2023, with Pelvic Floor PT before and after surgery. No incontinence at all. But, I was told to continue this PT on my own if I wanted to stay continent. So, I do.

I had TURP. Doctor advised not to swim or climb upstairs. Does cycling have the same effect?
