Any of you experienced hot flushes, fatigue or other symptoms worse than prior to stopping Orgovyx?

I think my hot flushes are worse after stopping 6months Orgovyx. It is four weeks now without Orgovyx, but flashes are strong. No other symptons. Im getting back stronger.

I took it for two years. I don't think there was any withdrawl symptoms for me.
I stopped it about 6/1/24.

I noticed the hot flashes (power surges as my wife and I have come to call 'em) more I think because I was focused on the fact that they weren't subsiding as fast as I would have liked. After a few months they mostly went away, my joint paid went away and I noticed I was feeling better in the gym.

Now, I've started getting about one every other night. Have an appt with my doc next week, I'll ask about it. PSA still undectable and T on the slow rise (almost to the low end of normal)

I never got hot flashes from Orgovyx at all but got chills instead and those continued when stopping for about two months, gradually getting further apart. I'm now off of it for five months and my testosterone is not recovering as expected. Had some testicular pain as they started returning to normal size. I have my T tested every two months by a sexual health doctor and it jumped up out of the gate after stopping, but now has declined into the hypogonadism range. Doctor said he will consider supplementation if it's still low after a year and my PSA remains low (had radiation as primary treatment so still have a prostate, last test was .04).

Oh buddy, did I ever!! Worse flashes, more exhaustion, even greater appetite and an overwhelming crabbiness that was completely absent on Orgovyx!
My wife calls this “my old self” which is terrible to hear but probably true. I hate to say this with all the men who’ve experienced such problems on ADT, but I was happy and calm when my T was gone!!

I was taking Orgovyx for a month, awaiting prostatectomy scheduling, but had a heart attack and bypass surgery. I stopped taking it while I was being diagnosed for the Heart treatment.
I noticed about 2-3 weeks after heart surgery, not taking Orgovyx for 3 weeks, I was feeling quite frisky all of a sudden, I assumed it was the Orgovyx wearing off. I resumed the Orgovyx this point until prostate surgery.

My wife also suffered from my smart aleck comments and my impatience during Orgovyx usage. I had mild flushing of the face occasionally.

Just came off of a two-week appetite binge. It's been a long time since I have been that triggered to pound junk.

I had significant hot flashes and mood swings on it but nothing significant after stopping. My T returned to previous levels within 3 months.

I had prostatectomy in Jan 2014, and I went to see my doctor for consultations because of rising OSA. The doctor and I agreed to have hormone ADT. I have been taking Orgovyx since October 6 2024 when my PSA level was 5.5 and may last lab work on March 20 2025 shows PSA at .1 and I as my doctor if I can take Orgovyx only every other day now instead of every day but he said I have to continue taking it every day. Maybe I just continue it for now for another six months and stop it, or will start taking one every day for a month and will have a lab work after 3 months to check for PSA level. I plan not to continue taking Orgovyx more than a year even my doctor had suggested that I should keep taking one every day. Has anyone took Orgovyx for 6 months and stopped? And if so, what are the effects?
