Pyrocarbon hemiarthroplasty results

Has anyone had a had a partial shoulder replacement using Pyrocarbon? I'm a 57 year old female considering Pyrocarbon hemiarthroplasty in my right shoulder. My orthopedic surgeon has suggested it as I'm bone on bone and have already had multiple steroid injections, rotator cuff clean out surgery and am taking anti-inflammatory medication. I'm doing research and have not found much from people who have actually had this done since it a relatively recent approved use of the material in the USA.
