Prunes and Bone Density
Sharing information for those of you on ADT and concerned about bone density and maybe are not aware of the 'prune study' in 2022. The results are good news for postmenopausal women, women on hormone therapy for breast ca and likely for men on hormone therapy concerned about bone health. Correct me if I am wrong - I've no problem with that.

Wow...this is a 2 birds, 1 stone kinda thing. Need to check and see if I'm still supposed to be on a renal diet. Prunes are a no-no in that case, but, thanks!
Thanks for sharing this info - I will tell my mom to start eating prunes ! 👍
BTW - I weighted individual prunes - they are about 10 g each, so 50 g would be about 5 prunes.
They are very healthy in general, have a lot of vitamins, iron and fiber. IMHO they are very tasty too : ))).
