Anyone done PRRT with Genicular Nerve Block/RFA?

My wife is currently undergoing PRRT (2nd treatment starts May3). Because of severe pan in both knees (primary osteoarthritis), which is a major impact to quality of life, she is considering the genicular nerve block / Radio Frequency Ablation therapy.
Has anyone done the nerve block / RFA concurrent with PRRT?

It sounds like you and your wife are thinking creatively about the combination of problems she is experiencing. Will you post again and let me know what her oncology team thinks about this?
