Problem after knee replacement surgery

What to do...Had TKR on left knee Sept 2023
TKR on right knee March 2024
After right knee surgery I realized left knee still as painful and swollen...now left knee is " bowing backwards" causing limp. I have notified Doctor and have an appointment.
I am very sensitive to the pain meds and only able to take Tylenol 500.
I pray that I won't have to under go a surgery to fix knee.
Has anyone had an issue with the "bowing backwards" knee?
