Primal Scream Video

I was working with a counselor shortly before my surgery and I told them how Frustated I was and I told them I wanted to go out in woods and engage in Primal Scream therapy. They had never heard of this. So they suggested I find some videos of people doing this, since I live in a city. I found this video it helped a lot. It actually made me laugh XP lmao !
Maybe because I never had such build up of frustration and anger lol. Oh boy ...
When I have "enough" of the Universe molesting me XP, I first quietly cry and than pray-and-cry and than all of a sudden warmth and calm envelops me like a soft hug and I feel renewed : ))).
On very rare occasions I look up and say with resignation and "HANSELISTIC" and stern tone : "OK, I hope this somehow was REALLY necessary and that I truly deserve this, thank you so very much !!! " XP ahahhaaaaa
We humans are such messed up and funny creatures lol. 🙂
