Power of Positive Thinking
I am not the one who had to suffer from this disease, but my Mom did It is almost 25 years ago when mom had her Colon Cancer surgery. It was 18 months later (06/2002) when she had to undergo surgery because the she had been diagnosed with liver metastases from colorectal cancer. It wasn’t expected that she would survive from it.
If you look at all the evidence, she would be expected to die because she chose not to undergo radiation or chemotherapy. 😳
The prognosis was not great, but she came out of the ICU and recovered! Never the same as before the surgery(s), she carried on taking her daily synthoid pill, but no other medications. She has survived without ANY medication of any kind. For 24yrs,10mos my mom has been looking at each day with a positive outlook and tries to enjoy the small things
She is literally a textbook miracle!
Literally every day she is still around is a blessing and a miracle! If I could get this acknowledged in some way, it would be so amazing
She is one tough cookie, that’s for sure. But I wanted you all to know that with a positive outlook and happy thoughts each day, you CAN make it through this!
Hang tough people!!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful story and also passing on the message of positive thoughts, I can see how much you love and value your mom and I’m sure that you have given her all the love you have for her making this life worth living in, God bless you and your mother.
Good thoughts affect health a LOT !! Often dismissed due to difficulty in measuring them, they matter and help us surmount some really tough stuff. Love being the most powerful of emotions- it comes in so many forms, and those who look for it are rewarded….maybe, or maybe not cured, but what a difference !!
