It may be a more wearable version of the posture-correcting harnesses one can buy. Whether it helps your particular issue... worth trying.
Posture problems are often self-inflicted - speaking for myself and my wife - and the first step to correcting them is to be constantly reminded that one should not be doing whatever it is that one has been doing.
If you want to try a cheaper solution first, buy a corrector harness.
In the end, only you yourself can correct your posture.
