Post Whipple Pain w/ High Liver (ALT & AST) numbers

My daughter is two years post-Whipple. She had a massive pre-cancerous cyst removed from the head of her pancreas and the surgery went great. She was 19 and recovered well. However, in the last year, she has been getting increasingly horrible pain (Whipple attacks) with really high ALT and AST numbers. Nausea and vomiting also occur. After many ER trips, CTs, and MRIs (that never found anything), an ERCP finally gave some home when a stricture was found. A stent was put in and taken out a few weeks later. This was in Oct/Nov and the pain has started coming back since December. Has anyone had similar issues? Food doesn't seem to make it better or worse and I feel like she's tried every medication. The numbers only go up when the painful attack start and go back down when over.
