Post Total Shoulder Replacement Pain

Total shoulder replacement 6 years ago this month. Pain started back about 1.5 years ago. Xrays & CT Scan show a mis-alignment, possibly incorrectly installed or losse cup and possible incorrectly sized ball (too large). Contrast fluid appears to have seeped behind the plastic cup. Pain is moderate (off & on), mostly at night for some strange reason. The new surgeon & I agreed on PT. If / when pain become intollerable, new surgeon staes tha a Reverse replacement.
PLEASE, I am not looking for recommendations, there isn't much that I have not tried. Just interested in what others have experienced for similar problems. Thanks
