Post RARP PSA blood work Good News

I got my results back from the Lab and my first Post RARP PSA is < 0.080 ng/mL I have not had the review of this with my Dr. yet, but from my searching this is an excellent score and the RARP was successful. I'm very happy with this and will be happier after I meet with my Dr.

Congratulations!
In my case, I had SBRT and my first PSA post was 0.36; I''m hoping for lower than that (closer to yours) on my next PSA test in October.

Great news.

Mine was 0.05
Undetectable is expected for the first few tests.
Now it's just regular PSA tests. Lucky us.

Definitely good news. Mine was .09 after the same surgery but on the subsequent 3 month checks started to move up very slowly: .25, .29, .31 (taken every three months). Dr then set me up for 2 years of hormone therapy (currently 5 months in) and radiation (currently 17 of 33 treatments done). It seems based on everything I’ve been reading that this is a pretty standard route to go in my case. Your next psa reading should tell you a lot. All the best.
