Vacuum erection devices (VEDs) and traction device helped me reverse shortening. I used a Vacurect VED and marked the tube for a starting point. I also bought a penile traction device. With daily use, It did make a difference over several months of about an inch. This was all prescribed by a UCSD urologist in preparation for an inflatable implant procedure. I had undergone RALP and there was nerve damage so things had begun to shrink at the 12 month mark.

I experienced significant shrinkage after RALP, salvage IMRT, and 11 months of first and second generation ADT. In the process of recovering sexual function, I started to use a RestoreX traction device and over the last four months have gained back about 3/4 of an inch. Originally used it for a half hour in the morning and a half hour before bed and I’m now only using it for 30 minutes before bed. I’m happy with the results and I’m going to continue to use it and see if I can get a little more length back.

There are published medical papers that report that the device does what it claims. Hope things go well for you.
