Found this in the spice area and it is McCormick brand. The pieces are small, and the flavor is great!

Do you have any idea of the cause?

I see many have mentioned tea—for me, that’s the easiest at night time. If you don’t get heartburn, the best I’ve found is called: “Heather’s Tummy Tamers” peppermint tea. It’s pricey but very strong and I can feel it working on pain.

An herbal supplement called Iberogast also can be effective. It’s a first line treatment in Europe and Canada for functional dyspelsia and IBS, but not in the US for some weird reason. You can find it on Amazon or an online store Northern Vitality. It’s been well-researched.

Gentle movement also helps me because I have impaired motility and need physical help dispelling gas and getting food moving. This is one of my go-to gentle yoga videos for this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=IvAx7q2LKqk

It’s actually one of her most popular videos! My PT taught me something called the ILU abdominal massage as well…

Hope you find relief!
