What has worked so far - and I think I am only starting on this journey of discovery

I have given up alcohol and caffeine, increased exercise always doing something leg related (walk for an hour, or exercycle).
Supplements.
Alpha-Lipoic Acid 1200mg
Vitamin E
Vitamin B Complex
Magnesium/Calcium
Omega 3 fatty Acid
Vitamin D
Folic Acid
Tumeric
Going to add N-Acetylcysteine

I think alpha Lipoic acid may help only if you have diabetic neuropathy……might want to check on that.

I have non
diabetic and non Chemo Neuropathy .Likewise my Father, mybrother and his son. Condition extends through feet up past my knees. Also in right hand. Starting about 6 years ago and continues to progress. I have very little pain so far. I take a wide variety of Shaklee Food Supplements .No medications .

The prior responder is correct. The doctor ordering the compounded drug must specify what they want unless the doctor has a predetermined compounded mixture they order frequently. Be cautious about why the doctor feels you cannot be treated with standard medication already available and what kind of proof can they offer showing the benefits of this compounded medication? It might cost you or your insurance a lot of money too.

I don't think so. I like CBD to help me sleep.
