Penis pump

Lots of discussion re penis pumps. Can someone recommend a specific brand? Or are they all the same?

I get mine from Augusta Medical Devices. https://augustams.com
They have battery powered and manual versions. I use the manual as it has been more reliable. I bought a lifetime warranty for $99, so I just pay shipping if it breaks (ie, the seal goes bad, etc.). I have been vary satisfied with the company and product.

I don’t use it for sex (I use Trimix injections), but rather use it 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes to keep the blood flow healthy.

I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Hello, Florida11!
Seeing your question about the vacuum pump, I want to ask you for advice.
I was prostate cancer after radical urinary incontinence. I've been doing Kegel exercises and pelvic floor muscles, but there's too much space in my pelvis, and I'm still 70-80% incontinent. I'm thinking of using a vacuum stick to increase the length and circumference of the penis. Excuse me, how much is the vacuum stick you bought? Help me find out about the postage from the United States to China.
Thank you!

I've found they differ.

First I tried the Morpheus from the Urology Health Store which was a total waste of money. There are several disclaimers in the manual that say things like if you press the buttons too hard you can invalidate the warranty.
The store was unable to tell me what the included lube which caused me a lot of irritation contained and also has a strict no refund policy. I would avoid both them and any of the devices they sell.

After that I went to the local smut store and after talking to the clerk a bit bought one there named Pumped by Shots, for about a quarter the price that works. It was amusing because the clerk was ~40+ years younger than me and talked to me in that slow patient way younger people sometimes do because they think you're really old.
I have since bought a third device called a Hydromax that uses water not air which is much better but has the downside of needing to be used in the bath. The advantage though is that it does not hurt. For me the air based pumps cause discomfort then pain after 10-15 minutes or so.

My experience with all the pumps I've tried is that they cause some engorgement but not an erection.
Trying any constriction device after pumping to maintain the engorgement I find extremely painful and I've stopped trying them.
I had the robotic nerve sparing surgery ~9 months ago and since have had zero problems with incontinence,
no erections, no desire for sex, and no orgasm because I just can't be bothered.

I'm going to look up this stuff when I get home from work, so I don't get hassled by HR.

Hi. I think I paid $350 or $400. If you go on the website from my prior post, you can see the product and cost options and call or email the company to help you with shipping,

So far I've bought three--all under $35, and they all work. One was less than half the price and it's manual. The other two are rechargeable electric. The one I've used the most has small buttons and they've worn out, but it still works. The second one has better buttons and a "pattern" setting and I like that because it's less work to do a muscle therapy session. The third one, which I just tried yesterday, is manual. Surprisingly to me, I like having finer control over the pressure. It's also very simple. So they all work and I've spent less on all three than one prescription of trimix or three of sildenafil.
Note that I only use the vacuum erection device for conditioning the smooth muscle tissue, since I do not have spontaneous erections, I assume due to nerve damage. At least I have continence :-). My urologist did not mention the use of a VED/"penis pump" for this purpose and I wish he had since the PED5 inhibitors (meds) did not work and caused side effects for the first 18 months. I can tolerate the side effects now and I think the penile rehab with a VED was significant (and still is) in getting me this far, although I can't say that I like it. I don't like working out in the gym either :-).

Vacurect. I used it along with viagra and periodic stimulation to orgasm to maintain penile oxygenation for nine months following prostatectomy, resulting in full return of erectile function @ age 74.
