Partial gastrectomy complications

My grandma had a partial gastrectomy in mid September in Fargo. The incision site has been leaking and causing severe pain. She has had two additional surgeries to repair the source of the leaking but they have not worked. She is still in the hospital and it seems like she is getting worse and the doctors are no longer helpful. We want to transfer her to the Mayo in Minnesota, does anyone know how to start the process? Her doctor told us they would contact the Mayo to see if they can provide expertise for her condition but we haven't heard back yet. Since time is of the essence, we are being proactive. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Call the Mayo Clinic In MN and ask fir the Gastro Dept . From there tell them what’s going on . They should be more helpful than just the 800 number . Took me 4 months to get televisit with the one in Jacksonville Fla but I had one and finally went up for additional testing . Don’t give up , keep calling ( I was on waitlist for 3 months ). Just be persistent. It’s all about who you get on the phone 📱.
Def get records and referral over ASAP .

I’m still a mess and they found out same diagnoses I had before . They are very professional though .
