Pain three years after hip replacement surgery

I had a full hip replacement surgery in September 2022 . Still having pain in my thigh when putting any weight on it or walking . I just had a 3 phase bone scan after several other imaging tests and bloodwork etc. An interpretation showed in delayed phase , increasedevidenceof radiotracer accumulation in medialfemurafjacent to the tip of femoral component.
Cortical thickening consistant with stress riser.
What would be my next step? The pain gets worse as i use my leg. Has anyone else been through this? What was a fix?

I had worsening pain from 1yr post hip replacement and it ended up my femoral bone never grew onto the implant. Had revision surgery after 6yrs and the surgeon said the stem pulled straight out.
