Pain on the medial side of knee

8 weeks post TKR. Been having sharp pain where the meniscus used to be. Happens especially the day after PT where I need to use a crutch to be able to move around. Sometimes migrates to front of knee below patella. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Always seems like the same answer from them, scar tissue and nerve regeneration. Always worse day after PT and after resting it for a day it is tolerable.

Not a medical person but I would sure think that this is what to expect; a good day of PT is going to likely have some "aftershock" and then with rest it should be healing better & stronger. Our bodies thrive on tear down, rest and subsequent increased tolerance to stimuli. Sounds nearly exactly what I experienced when healing and now my knees feel 95% good as new. (I had partial replacements however.)
