Pain in the tendons at the knee
When I wake up in the morning and walk to the bathroom, I experience severe pain in the tendons at the back of both my knees. What could be the reason? Would some muscle strengthening exercises help?

If you sit a lot, and don't walk at least two miles daily, including on trails or up hills, or do some steps up, you may have a range-of-motion deficit that should be assessed by a sports physiologist or a good physical therapist.
