Pain in left side of my body after a tetanus shot even after a year la

I had a tetanus shot in the left hip area. A short time after I started experiencing pain from the neck to the bottom of feet only on left side. I have gotten an MRI done physical therapy but I still seem to have almost unbearable nerve pain that seems to stem from the hip area is it possible for a tetanus shot to have caused this. I am not sure what to do from here
