Pain in back of knee after Tkr

Hi all I …. Wanted to share something that was suggested to me by my chiropractor… Osmo patches you wear overnight I put behind my knee …. It has been helping take fluid off my knee … helps so much, I have not been waking with the pain in back of my leg every day , such a relief … the fourth morning now going good …,I must say little costly was 70.00 for 20 patches….hopefully after a while I won’t have to do every-night. I must say does stink I wrap my knee up after putting patch on helps …. I am little over 1 year out of revision have issues with getting swollen ….for right now working well with pain and stiffness I will take all the relief I can get lol …. I am always looking for things that can help for pain and stiffness, exercise is the best for stiffness but cant do that 24 hours a day lol…..
