Pain 5 months post surgery

I had knee surgery 5 months ago for my meniscus and ITBand. Last week I couldn’t put any weight on that leg. I’ve cried in pain (I rarely cry), feel nauseous and even in pain when lying down

Dr gave me an injection today in my hip thinking it might be the IT band being tight again. I’m tired of treating the symptoms and getting no relief!

Any thoughts on this?

It sounds like your IT band is pulling on your hip and knee. A neuromuscular physical therapist can help.
They use pressure points and manipulate your nerves and muscles. I have that problem after all m hip surgeries.

I know it’s my IT band but doctor thinks it’s sciatica. Got a shot in my hip but still can’t put much weight on my leg. Going to get a second opinion.
