I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have an appointment at a Mineral Metabolism Center. Has anyone been to one? I have heard good and bad reviews of Reclast and Prolia. What recommendations do you. Have?
It's hard to make recommendations. The nature of these medications is that they work well for most people, but some people have real problems with side effects. Unfortunately, you won't know until you try.
It's perhaps more common to start with an anabolic like Tymlos or Forteo, and then follow up with an anti-resorptive.

Hello to fellow osteoporosis treatment seekers.
I'm new to the group and am grapling with the correct dosage of K2 and D3 to take and should I take it in combination with my calcium supplement. I'm getting conflicting information and would welcome any helpful information that would shed some light on this issue.
