Osteoporosis and pain management

I had my 2nd cervical spine epidural this week. The 1st one lasted for a year before the pain became unmanageable with not good sleep and daily activities cut down.

My orthopedic doctor started me on Celebrex and Trammadol for short term pain management , I am also in physical therapy 2 days a week.

Will Celebrex have a lot of side effects ?
