Has anyone had a positive experience with any of the above---OsteoCoach vs OsteoStrong vs ONERO? They all seems to make the same claims.

Only have had experience with Osteostrong- completed a year but had no change in my dexa-scan.

Coming up on one year with Osteostrong. Have a REMS scheduled later this month. Will see if there is any change or at least stability.

I checked out OsteoStrong and although I am not a candidate for their program because I have a 15 pound lifting restriction. I was impressed that they were honest about that.

I did Osteostrong for several months and injured my back. I stopped the program. My back did recover fully in a month. But I was not impressed with their staff. It seems they just train them to use the machines and are not actually professionals. I’m going to try Onero because it’s provided by actual licensed PTs.

Agree- the staff are friendly and encouraging but are NOT physical therapists or have any medical or therapeutic expertise or training. They are careful not to call it a gym or medical practice.
I heard lots of unsolicited advice which I understood to be not reliable.
I completed a year but saw no gains, even lost a tiny bit ( not statistically significant).
