Can low testosterone cause testicular pain?

I started with Eligard , the 3 month injection last year in December 2024. Among the side effects that I noticed was testicular pain. Now I switch to Orgovyx about two weeks ago and I am still having the same symptoms, Testicular pain.
I read about Orgovyx on internet and it has been said that some people who took Orgovyx might have experienced Testicular pain.

Does anybody know how to manage the pain?

I'll start with the obvious -- boxers instead of briefs or boxer briefs, and loose-fitting pants (though you're probably already doing that).

I started orgovyx after a 3 month Eligard injection but I am having some testicular pain. The reason i switched to Orgovyx from Eligard was the groin pain. Does anyone know how to manage this type of pain?

One of the known side effects of ADT is testicular pain. Must admit it is quite rare.
