Ocean Essence

I would like to know if anyone has taken Ocean Essence and seen results in bone density.

Also what, if anything else, did you do naturally that helped?

After much research, I just ordered Organics Ocean Better Calcium supplement. It has calcium, D3 and K2.

I will update this post and let everyone know how it works.
