Hi Solidrock ,
I am so sorry that you have to deal with diarrhea on top of everything 🥺. I Googled for some answers and posted it here. I hope this info will be of some help 🌺🍀🍀🍀.

Dietary Adjustments

Adopt a low-fiber diet: by choosing foods like white bread, white rice, noodles, and potatoes without skins.

Include easy-to-digest proteins: such as eggs, chicken, tofu, or fish.
Incorporate specific low-fiber vegetables: such as asparagus, mushrooms, squash, and carrots without skins.
Avoid fatty foods, greasy foods, caffeine, and excessive amounts of dairy products, which can worsen loose stools.
Eat smaller, more frequent meals: (five to six times a day) instead of three large meals.

Fluid Intake and Electrolytes

Drink plenty of non-caffeinated fluids: throughout the day to stay hydrated and replace lost electrolytes.

Good choices include water, clear broths, and diluted fruit juices, or beverages like Gatorade or Powerade.

Skin Care

Clean the anal area gently: with baby wipes or moist toilet paper to reduce irritation.
Apply a water-repellent ointment, such as one containing petroleum jelly, to protect the skin after cleaning.
