No increase with Evenity
I did Evenity for a year and had no increase. Now they want Prolia which I am afraid of becasue of rebound fractures. I did Reclast years ago with no increases. I feel very lost on what to do. Is ayone else in this position?

Were your dexa’s on the same machine?
Was there any change to your dexa between when you completed the Reclast and when you started the Evenity?
Rebound fractures from Prolia is a real concern, I had 6 !!
You have to follow up with a bisphosphonate afterwards to stave off the over abundance of osteoclasts that come to life after stopping Prolia, so you would need to be committed to doing that before taking it.
Educate yourself to advocate for yourself!

bwaykm, this is easy. Forteo or Tymlos with bone markers before and after two month, so that you don't spend another year or two on medication that aren't very effective for you.
Have you had tests done that rule out an underlying cause of your osteoporosis, such as hyperparathyroidism? With two different drugs not working for you, it seems possible something else is going on.
I am reading that taking a strong anti-resorptives (like Reclast) before bone-building medication (Evenity) can blunt the anabolic effect.
But..
The bone quality may have still improved; have you had a TBS or REMS to check bone quality?
