Nipple Discharge and Chest Tenderness While on Testosterone Replacemen
Hello,
I have been on testosterone enanthate TRT (150 mg/week) since late November 2024. Recently, I noticed white fluid discharge from my nipples only when I pinch them. Alongside this, I experienced occasional chest tenderness around the nipple area in the past.
I am concerned that these symptoms may be related to hormonal imbalances caused by TRT, possibly elevated estradiol or prolactin levels. Unfortunately, I do not have immediate access to in-person care and would like guidance on:
Whether I should adjust my TRT dosage or frequency.
What blood tests I should get to confirm hormone levels.
Possible treatments or supplements I can safely use to manage these symptoms.
How urgent it is to seek in-person evaluation or imaging.
