New SFN pain

So I started a new symptom. When I .rest my left elbow on a table or any surface I get an electric shock on my elbow worse than if you hit your funny bone. This same shock also happens when I raise my right arm above my head or move it straight out in front of me. This one is similar to the elbow shock buzz lasts a lott longer. Like I've said before, I don't wish this on anyone. Anyone else experiencing this type of pain? If so how are you handling it? What are you doing to reduce the pain and shocks that happen ? Thanks 😊
