New paraganglioma

Was diagnosed with a paraganglioma in my neck and chest too risky to do surgery so they did radiation therapy. They thought they shrink it and killed it but 15 years later it’s back and now causing high blood pressure pain in my chest and major headaches. Going in Wednesday for a new MRI. Anyone else have a paraganglioma in their chest.?
