New Mets to Brain from Breast Cancer

I have had Breast Cancer with Mets to liver and bone since July 2020 and only given 2 years at that time. I had an episode 3 days ago with stomach cramps and ankle seizures but no headaches but I was very forgetful last week that was my only symptoms. I also lost 1/2 the vision out my left eye. I'm better but the preception in my left side is still not there. After a night in the hospital being put on steroids so brain wouldn't swell and seizures along with a MRI and CT scans as well as PET scan the previous day they found 3 spots on brain. I have a regularly scheduled chemo treatment today, #82, ugh, so I'll find out more. My question, my dog that passed away 3 years ago sits with me on the side of my bed and I see images of objects that aren't there. Am I losing it?!
