New joint pain and swelling after prolia infusion

I need some advice. I received my first Prolia infusion two weeks ago, and I've been experiencing several side effects, one of which is ongoing joint pain. My left knee is swollen, and the pain makes it difficult to climb up and down stairs. Additionally, I have joint pain in my fingers and wrists. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what has helped you?
