I don't have pain but I have complications. I have numbness in my rectum and penis. I can't feel when I pee and if I don't immediately urinate it might just come out. Same with my rectum. It also caused ED. I consider myself very fortunate considering there are deadly complications associated with neuropathy.
Are you having pain in any of those areas?
Take care,
Jake

Are you sure that your needing to go right away once you feel you have to isn't because of a weak pelvic floor? Those muscles get weak as we age, especially in women. I wish I'd understood years ago how I could prepare those muscles for my later years (I'm 68). Check out http://www.thevagwhisperer.com. By the way, I do have numbness in my groin, no pain; I've always assumed it was the result of scar tissue from surgeries.
I do hope you can sort this out. Having to "go right now" is no fun!

My father took meds for his prostate that helped with urination.
