Neuropathy clinic at Mayo jacksonville

Last year my doctor here suggested I go to the Neuropathy Clinic at Mayo in Jacksonville. I had appointments scheduled and then my husband got sick, so I never was able to keep the appointments. My question is, has anyone on this thread been involved with them. I am thinking of rescheduling the appointments, but I wanted to get some feedback from someone who may have had that experience.

I wasn't aware that Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville had a Neuropathy Clinic. Have you already been diagnosed with neuropathy but are looking for specific treatments for neuropathy?

Yes, I was diagnosed years ago and I feel that it has accelerated recently. I am not looking for specific treatments, I just need some help in figuring out where I go from here. I will look up the link you have provided. Thank you!
