Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) - Any experience?
After having used kinesiology tape for some heel pain (the tape lifts the skin, creating space for fluid drainage and nerve stimulation, while also providing structural support to muscles and joints) I got curious whether it could be used for peripheral neuropathy as well. There actually are taping techniques and even some studies covering this topic. One example: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1360859224003553
Any personal experiences with neuromuscular taping?

Interesting topic @dieterreuther. I haven't used the taping treatment but I have to wear knee high compression socks during the day to control the swelling from my lymphedema and have often wondered if it helps or exacerbates my idiopathic small fiber PN numbness. Hoping members who may have some experience can share if it has helped them.
@johnbishop Taping is also being used to help with lymphedema: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tGypQK-q40
My PA showed me how to do that when I was first diagnosed but it’s much easier to use compression socks. I buy the ones with zippers on the side.
