Negative affect of tamoxifen on the liver

My daughter had Crohn’s and PSC. She recently started taking tamoxifen and her GGT is 1248…way out of range. Also her white blood count has been high for a long time as well as her liver enzymes. Her doctors are very concerned. Because she just started the tamoxifen, I am wondering if anyone has had an adverse effect from that drug.
