I'm a rookie hunting for Kegel info...and this popped up.


Had no idea you could get Kegel training from a comic on regular TV. Worth the watch! Conan is so hilarious here. Needed that laugh!

That was great! And glad she talked about the easiest way to do a proper Kegel; just stop your flow when urinating a few times and there you go.
