Neck Pain

So, I sneezed while in the shower and now my neck is super stiff and hurts. I cant turn it to the left or the right without it hurting. I was going to to to the chiropractor tomorrow (6/4/19)but I dont know what I can do right now to make it stop hurting. Help!!

@adopp2022 Do you have any pain creams or meds at home? Put ice on it to cut the swelling down then heat wait for a minute or so before applying the heat . Hope this helps

Sometimes Salonpas helps my back or neck pain.
